这不是你的错。中国的英语教育在语法、学术写作和正式词汇上是世界一流的,但几乎不教真实世界里活着的当代俚语。结果就是:成千上万受过良好教育、能读懂 The Economist 的中国学习者,跟不上一段周五下午办公室的闲聊。
这篇就是为了补上这块。下面是 2026 年最该掌握的 50 个英语俚语,按场景分类,配的语境例句也都贴近中国学习者真实会遇到的情境。
中国学习者为什么尤其卡在俚语这一关
在进词表之前,先理清楚这道坎为什么存在:
教材有意识地避开俚语。 CET-4、CET-6 的大纲是为正式写作和阅读理解设计的。当代俚语被故意排除——被认为不稳定、不规范。
词典里的释义经常错或者过时。 大多数词典里 "sick" 还是"生病"。但在 2026 年的英语里,"sick" 是"棒极了"。词典更新很慢,俚语却以月为单位演变。
俚语依赖文化语境,不只是词义。 "Table it" 在美式英语里是"推迟",在英式英语里是"现在就放上议程讨论"。同一个短语,意思完全相反。词典告诉不了你这个,只有真实用法能告诉你。
